Regional Manager - Ontario
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Loewen, a leading supplier of luxury windows and doors, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Ontario Sales and Customer Service Team based out of the regional office located in Mississauga. The region is primarily Ontario, but also includes eastern Canada. The Regional Manager is a member of the Canadian Sales and Customer Service Team.
As the leader of all operations in the Ontario region, you will be responsible to:
·Generate profitable sales for the region.
·Manage the Regional expense and sales budgets
·Create a luxury sales and service experience for Loewen customers
·Manage the distribution channels consisting of both direct sales and dealers.
·Manage the showrooms in Mississauga, Toronto and London.
·Grow and develop existing and new markets
·Encourage the growth and development of the regional office team members.
·Provide leadership for all regional operations.
You will have the ability to function and plan at strategic, tactical and operational levels. Your formal post-secondary education in business, as well as your extensive management experience in the building industry, both dealer and architectural, will assist you in Ontario Region’s Strategic Plan while ensuring an outstanding luxury customer experience which represents our Loewen brand.
