Loewen introduced its inaugural issue of Loewen Living in March 2008. Loewen Living is a luxury lifestyle publication which highlights recent Loewen residential projects. Bella Vista Collection

The Loewen Bella Vista Collection features custom designed, hand-finished wood windows and doors, along with a complementary accessories for luxury residential and light commercial projects. Every window and door is built with dedication to detail and quality by expert craftspeople. Features of the Loewen Bella Vista portfolio include a variety of wood species such as Alder, Maple, and Incensed Cedar; new door styles including Dutch doors, Interior doors, and Shutter doors; and, custom window styles such as Inswing windows and Sliding windows.

LiftSlide

The Loewen LiftSlide allows expansive glass panels (up to 70 square feet in a single panel) to roll smoothly and easily when opening and closing. This not only gives you a panoramic view, it opens up living space in your home. The LiftSlide can be built in straight, radius, and serpentine configurations. While the LiftSlide is a unique door product, it is fully compatible with the Loewen product portfolio.

Cyprium Collection

The Cyprium Collection from Loewen features copper and bronze clad windows and doors that are unique in profile and construction. The Cyprium Collection is artisanal in detail—down to the soldered exterior joints and rich, tactile depth of texture in the thick metal cladding. These hand-wrought living surfaces develop distinctive patinas that both adopt and define the individual aesthetic character of the homes to which they belong.

Bi-Fold Doors

Loewen Bi-Fold Doors provide seamless transitions to outdoor living spaces. The new design folds to the exterior and stacks at the ends, providing a clear opening to enjoy the whims and winds of your home’s environment. Suitable for year-round use in temperate climates, Loewen Bi-Fold Doors address the growing trend of integrating all areas of a home’s footprint to maximize available living space.

10’ Terrace Doors

With their striking appeal, 10-foot Terrace Doors create a dramatic and provocative entryway that can both complement the clean lines of a modernist aesthetic or provide the grandeur required for a traditional manor. Loewen 10-foot Terrace Doors are available in 36, 40, and 42-inch wide panels with a variety of glazing options.

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody Certification

FSC chain of custody certification has opened the door for Loewen to supply certified Douglas Fir windows and doors for building projects seeking LEED green building accreditation status. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests. Chain of custody certification provides a guarantee of the path taken by raw materials from the forest to the consumer, including all successive stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing and distribution.
