Loewen maintains a network of skilled Certified Service Technicians in all areas where our product is distributed. Please use our Dealer Locator or call us at 1.800.563.9367 to find a Dealer near you. Loewen representatives are carefully chosen and are required to undergo rigorous and specific training on the Loewen campus before they are permitted to perform service, repair and warranty work. Our advanced online parts catalog enables dealers to order exact replacement parts in a timely fashion.

STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

Our warranty is non-prorated – meaning the benefits will be 100% as valuable on the last day of the warranty period as they were on the first. (In case you weren’t aware of it, prorating a warranty means that the benefits are reduced as each year passes.)

HEAT SMART® Plus 20/10/2 LIMITED WARRANTY

While the standard limited warranty on Loewen sealed glass units provides 10 years of non-prorated coverage against seal failure, qualifying Heat Smart® Plus Window Systems are protected by a 20-year limited warranty in North America. This extended coverage period is also non-prorated, which means that the sealed unit warranty is in effect 100% — every day for a full 20 years. Whether the Heat Smart® Plus Window System you purchase qualifies for the extended 20-year coverage or not depends largely on the options you choose. Components also carry a 10-year limited warranty with a 2-year warranty on labor.
