Dealer Development Strategy

Our approach to developing new markets and dealers follows three phases:

Phase 1 – Marketing Analysis
Phase 2 – Dealer Selection
Phase 3 – Dealer Development

Phase 1 – Marketing Analysis

With careful analysis we target markets that offer the best fit for our products and return on investment. We evaluate everything from the population demographics of an area to the competitive environment. We assess the size of the market and identify the architects, homebuilders and luxury developments in each area.

Phase 2 – Dealer Selection

Within each target market, we identify dealer candidates based on their business know-how, experience, knowledge and their relationships within the housing/building materials industry. Through a detailed interview and negotiation process, we select dealers who demonstrate their commitment to serving the luxury market.

Phase 3 – Dealer Development

We commit to providing ongoing pre-and post-sales support to our dealers, including industry leading electronic business systems, comprehensive product sales training and customer market support. We offer award winning marketing collateral and promotional support, and we work closely with our dealers to help them identify opportunities, build their business and achieve their performance targets.
