What should I do when I arrive?
We will have a driver waiting for you at the airport when you arrive. They will be parked outside the main airport exit, holding a Loewen sign.
Where am I staying?
You will be staying at the historic Hotel Fort Garry in downtown Winnipeg at 222 Broadway.
What should I bring with me?
You’ll need closed toe, closed heel walking shoes for our plant tours. These are extensive walking tours in areas where safety is paramount, we provide steel-toe protection but bring your own steel-toe footwear if you wish.
What should I do if my flight arrives late?
If your flight has arrived late, or at an unplanned time in general, please call your main contact when you arrive in Winnipeg (contact info is below). If you wish, feel free to arrange a cab or an Uber to take you straight to the Hotel Fort Garry, it’s about a 25 minute drive (we’ll reimburse you for any cab fair). Please DO NOT take any of these measures if your flight arrives on schedule.

As a rule, we will have vehicles ready to pick you up from the hotel at least 2 hours prior to your departure flight time.
