From our humble beginnings in 1970 through four expansions, including two new locations, Econo Lumber has grown to be a prominent successful business in Northern Saskatchewan.
In 1970, Vic Lemieux, a partner and two silent partners opened the doors to Econo Lumber, originally situated at 15th Street East and 6th Avenue East in Prince Albert. Since 1984, after relocating to 1800 6th Avenue East, our business has undergone three major expansions growing from the original 1,130 sq.ft. to today's 75,000 sq.ft. on 8.5 acres.
